In 2003, Haid
Group was formally established, integrating sourcing, finance, and production
centres into a cohesive management model that combined specialised group
centres with its branches and subsidiaries.
The same year,
Guangzhou Haibei Biological Co., Ltd. was founded to focus on the research and
production of aquatic microecological agents. In May 2004, Haid Group
introduced water quality enhancers, further enhancing its service system.
Between 2003
and 2005, Haid Group accelerated its regional expansion, establishing a
presence across Central, South, East, and Southwest China.
In 2006,
Chairman Hua Xue published an internal article titled Our Mission, which
outlined Haid's positioning as a service-oriented enterprise. The article
defined the company's core missions, development strategies, and the "Five-Year
Plan (2007-2011)", signalling Haid's ambition to develop both livestock
and poultry feed and aquatic feed.
By 2007, Haid
Group had expanded into the aquatic seedling market with the establishment of Hisenor
and Bairong Seedling Co., Ltd.
